If you have recently started training and would like to improve your skills, these workshops are also for you. Our introductory workshop is 3 hours devoted to explaining the basic aspects of training and kata, which will give you a much better start to practice. This is an opportunity to gain basic information and skills that will be invaluable during regular training. Our priority is to provide you with solid foundations, thanks to which you will master the material necessary to practice the first form of kata in pairs. We would also like to inform you that this is the last workshop of this type during the holidays. He will lead the workshop <b>Sensei Mateusz Kuduk (3&#039;Dan)<\/b> along with an assistant <b>Sensei Arkadiusz Telma (2&#039;Dan)<\/b>. Workshops will be held at 5 Akacjowa Street.
