This is an opportunity to gain basic information and skills that will be invaluable during regular training. Our priority is to provide you with solid foundations that will help you master the material necessary to practice the first form of kata in pairs. We would also like to inform you that the next workshop of this type will take place in October or November at the earliest. The workshops will be held at 5 Akacjowa Street (See directions how to get there) and will be led by Sensei Mateusz Kuduk (3'Dan) along with an assistant Sensei Arkadiusz Telma (2'Dan).
