This document explains what personal information the website collects katorishintoryu.pl, why and to whom it is shared, and what rights its users have. The student dashboard at app.katorishintoryu.pl has its own rules.

Providing personal information is voluntary. We do not register participants for classes without their contact information, and we do not allow them to participate in training without a health declaration. We process health-related data solely on the basis of explicit consent, which class participants may withdraw at any time.
Transfer of Personal Data
We do not sell data. It is processed on our behalf by the companies whose services we use: LH.pl sp. z o.o. (website and email hosting), MailerLite Limited from Ireland, and Intuit Mailchimp from the United States (subscriber lists and newsletters), monday.com Ltd from Israel (ticket handling), Google Ireland Limited (statistics, form protection against bots, maps, videos, email), and Elementor Ltd from Israel (cookie consent banner). Data transfers to the United States are based on the Data Privacy Framework, and transfers to Israel are based on the European Commission’s decision on an adequate level of protection.
User Rights on the Website
Website users have the right to: access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer their data, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. The user may withdraw any consent, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Users have the right to file a complaint with: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
Cookies
Until the user makes a selection, only the necessary files are active in the banner. Consent for the remaining files is divided into the following categories: functional, analytical, and advertising.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the consent settings icon on the website, or by deleting cookies from your browser. The website also displays content from external servers: YouTube videos, Google Maps, Google reviews, and reCAPTCHA, which protects forms. Their providers will then see the user’s IP address and the URL of the page being viewed, which is why we only load them after consent has been given.
